                  Playing cards is a specially prepared heavy paper, thin cardboard, plastic coated paper or thin plastic, marked with distinguishing motifs and used as one of a set for playing card games. Playing cards are typically palm sized which makes easier for handling and playing it smoothly.A deck of cards may be used for playing a great variety of card games with varying elements of skill and chance, some of which are played for money.The exact story of the emergence of playing cards are debated. Playing cards are thought to have developed during the 12 th century from divination implements or as the derivative of chess. The first written record of the use of playing cards comes from the orient dating back to the 12 th century. The primary deck of 52 cards in use today includes 13 ranks of the four french suits, clubs, diamonds, hearts, spades.Each suits includes ace, king, queen, jack, and rank 2 through 10. As well as these 52 cards, commercial decks often contains two jockers. In most of the games, jockers are not used. People enjoy playing cards in group for entertainment, timepass.
